Legal Education

One of our goal is to provide people with useful information about Oklahoma law. More than just a bunch of legalese about a particular topic, we want to share what we know and our experience in a plain-spoken, easy to understand package.

One way this happens is our blogs. We both maintain personal blogs where we post regularly (or at least try to!) about legal topics we see in our practice. For Dale, an experienced Oklahoma tax attorney, articles often address tax issues. For Shawn, a veteran small-business attorney, the focus is often on Oklahoma non-compete law.
